hotfix pack integrated.

Most of the first updates/hotfixes for Windows 8
systems are released with flag “performance=permanent”.
So after installation of those updates it’s not possible to remove them.

Note:
There are only a few updates for Windows 8 system available at the moment.
And most systems will not have installed all.
In most cases KUC can not determine you update preferences correctly with only
a few updates installed.
So please always check “remove superseded”, “force LDR”, and “LDR only” if not
checked automatically.
